The nanny state is really a bully state. The cure for many problems requires going to bed early. Praise may surpass criticism in the harming of careers. Take time to study your habits because that may be the most valuable "course" in your life. I'm at the age where an ad for a comfortable chair can be more enticing than one for a sports car.
