When I become king, the first order of business will be that all
legislatures shall henceforth be subject to all of the laws they pass
and all of the rules abstracted from those laws. No exceptions,
no special treatment. Good enough for us, good enough for them.

But members of Congress can do the same thing -use non-public information to make stock trades -- and there's no law against it. Yow...........or, maybe they are just better investors than we are.
