I like the trend because it is gradually turning upward. Housing starts are now over 600,000 on an national annualized basis (for single family and multi-family combined). We believe that by 2014 the number should approach 1,000,000. We think gradual is good. The construction industry would have a difficult time handling a sharp increase in activity. The great recession has hollowed it out a bit. So, slow but steady improvement looks really good to us.
Maybe I'm missing something but why do you like this trend?
