Opportunity knocks............

Over the years we have acquired a few shuttered big box retail stores. Something just feels right about turning an non-productive building into a vibrant place of activity and commerce.  Seems like a win-win to us.  Plus, they are among our better investments.  So it was with great interest that we read this post from the CRE Console blog.  None of the 126 closed stores are in Ohio, and we don't travel as well as we used to, but these guys think like we do.   What an opportunity.  Somebody is going to have fun.
