As the residential construction market slowly improves, our old friend supply and demand is rearing its head in the lumber market. The next thing we will be reading about is the looming shortage of skilled tradesmen. Many went out of business, or retired, or returned to their country of origin during the recent severe downturn. Not sure there will be enough workers to meet the demands of 2013-14. If you are thinking about building, sooner is going to be better than later. (And don't forget, we have fabulous building lots available.)
