Architecture billings are moving on up. Why do we care? We care because nothing big (or medium for that matter) happens in the development of real estate until the architects have finished their drawings. Increased architecture billings means that projects are moving through the pipeline and that the construction trades and suppliers will soon be busier. In our world this is known as a "good thing".
