Song was co-written by Dion DiMucci. Recorded and released on the Lawn Records label in 1963. Guessing the photo above dates later than that. For you trivia buffs, Ronnie Dio (nee Ronald James Padavona) joined Black Sabbath in 1979, replacing Ozzie Osbourne.

He also sang with Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow and then went out on his own, until his death in 2010. He was a hard working, Son of a gun and amongst other things, wrote songs about castles, dragons and evil forces. Not easy listening channel, that's for sure.
