A strong password is difficult for other people to guess and easy for you to remember. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
Use a different and unique password for your e-mail and on-line accounts.
Keep them a secret (and don't write them on post-it notes kept by the computer).
Now remember them all, even the ones you use once a month.
