I like Wayno. I'm reading his book about intention these days in the morning. Not so sure I understand his concept of high and low frequency as it relates to positive and negative everything, all the way up to God, it seems. Someday maybe I will get it. I'm certainly not bringing much positive to me these days that's for certain. E.
