Somebody want to explain how this is possible...?

As if all those tuition increases were not enough, those nice folks who operate our institutions of higher education have some serious explaining to do about textbook prices.   Many smart people have said that what can't continue, won't.  While I agree with that, pardon me while I bemoan the fact that by the time the inevitable correction hits, our kids will be out of school.
