A fundamental truth..................
My political opinions lean more and more to Anarchy (philosophically understood, meaning abolition of control not whiskered men with bombs) … the most improper job of any man, even saints (who at any rate were at least unwilling to take it on), is bossing other men. Not one in a million is fit for it, and least of all those who seek the opportunity.

Oh lord, what a quote Steve. Gallup reported from survey data that only 1 in 10 people were good leaders. 10%. If people are willing to be trained and really dedicate themselves to becoming better, maybe another 20% can become competent enough to lead well. So that is at tops, a potential for 30% good leaders. The rest, including me btw, just don't (can't) cut it. E.
