Inching our way back up................

This blog has long been a proponent of "slow and steady" growth.  Booms tend to be unsustainable and lead to busts.  If one takes the long view, it would seem that 1,200,000 new housing starts nationally per year meets the test for sustainability.  Calculated Risk's latest chart would indicate we are about half way there, steadily trending in the healthy direction.

And if you needed a reminder, we have some fabulous building lots available for sale.
